Meditation shows us the inner architecture of our reality. Our thoughts impact our experience in the world and our emotions drive our choices. Through regular meditation, we uncover the thought patterns we’ve created, we can observe our impulses with a bit more space, and we can feel our emotions with more clarity. From this space of observance we create more space for our thoughts to take a breath and our responses to be less reactionary.
