We’ll explore the foundations of Forrest Yoga and the layers of our body-mind. Each class will include breath work, yoga asana, and meditation. Classes will adjust based on participants present, so if you’re brand new to yoga, sign-up! If you’re a seasoned yogi but have no clue what Forrest is, sign-up too!

A Note on Forrest Yoga…

Forrest Yoga is an intelligently designed practice whose core tenet is to connect you to your body and spirit through particular attention to deep breathing, active hands and feet, and methodical, juicy core work. The practice offers a beautiful harmony of stillness and flow, strength and softness, structure and inquiry.
